If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return a product, we will happily exchange the item or refund your purchase within thirty (30) days of the original purchase, for all unworn and/or unused products in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order is over $49 (pre-tax and after discounts), you will qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. With free shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after all of your items are available to ship. Jax Baby Shop will select the optimal shipping method for free shipping.
